Service Fees
Fees charged for bookkeeping, consulting, account setup, account cleanup, payroll services, and other professional services are based on the time, expertise, and resources dedicated to your project.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

A service was paid for but has not yet been started.

A billing error or duplicate payment has occurred.

Services cannot be provided due to circumstances within our control.

Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable:

Completed bookkeeping work.

Financial reports, reconciliations, and records that have already been prepared and delivered.

Business consultations that have already taken place.

Monthly bookkeeping services for work already performed.

Government filing services or third-party fees paid on a client's behalf.

Project Cancellations
Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice. If work has already begun, any refund will be prorated based on the amount of work completed up to the cancellation date.
Satisfaction Concerns
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the completed work. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns, correct any errors, and find a satisfactory resolution.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days of approval.
