McKay Financial Solutions provides accounting tasks, bookkeeping, and financial advisory services (the “Services”). The specific details of the Services will be outlined in separate agreements between McKay Financial Solutions and its clients.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter these Terms and to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth herein.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for the use of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

All content, features, and functionality included in our Services, such as text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of McKay Financial Solutions or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
